Orbit — Data Deletion

Orbit is a tool that clinics and businesses use to manage their own Instagram conversations. If a business you messaged uses Orbit, a record of that conversation may be stored on their behalf.

How to have your data deleted

You can remove Orbit's access and request deletion of your data in either of these ways:

  1. In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites, find the app, and remove it. This automatically triggers deletion of your data in Orbit.
  2. Or email support@obsiluna.com with the Instagram handle you'd like removed, and we'll delete it.

Deletion removes your contact record and any associated messages, notes, and tags.
